The room was very old fashioned, no dresser, no clean towels by request. Noisy all the time due to people trespassing, even a soap was hard to get by request. You can see a lack of staff everywhere and line to get drinks or food. The food was very limited and sometimes if you’re late you could just stay hungry. Compering to DR or Mexico the service was just poor. Only one lady was smiling and singing cheerful song in the morning, the rest of staff was just not friendly, never smiling and looking sad and tired, which felt uncomfortable. The only one thing that saved our vacation was an awesome sea and beach.
