Stayed Feb 6 to Feb 11. We had a fantastic experience. The rooms were nice with all the basic amenities including balcony with city view. The location is in the center of all museums and activities. The bar/cafe Bruno around the corner was wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner with outdoor seating. There was a convenience store around the corner as well and atm. The reception desk was always reachable with questions and you could also whatsapp them. They were very accomodating when our flight was canceled and put us up for another night without overcharging us even for upgraded room. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I would choose to stay here again next time we come to Naples! Highly recommend.
