The room was clean, the staff were really helpful. Charlotte was super helpful and lovely. The single room felt homely. The bathroom was very clean. It was nice and quiet which was exactly what I needed. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The only thing I'd say is the mattress was very springy and dipped in the middle so I think a new mattress may be better. Apart from that it was lovely and I definitely would stay here again.
