This place really needs an upgrade, is was tiny, noisy and not a nice place

Many guests enjoy our central location because it provides easy access to attractions, restaurants, and transport, but we understand that it may not be comfortable for everyone.We would also like to let you know that we completed upgrades at the end of last year, including fresh new paint throughout the property. In the middle of last year, we also replaced furniture and room items such as mattresses, pillows, doonas, and TVs to improve our guests’ comfort.We sincerely appreciate your time and your valuable feedback, as it helps us continue improving.Kind regards,
