The room was spacious, which was nice. However, some facilities were not functioning properly, including the TV and the bathroom door. We stayed for two nights and decided not to raise the issues during our stay. However, it did impact our comfort. We were also charged RM50 for early check-out, which was unexpected. While the space was good, we feel that improvements in maintenance and communication would enhance the guest experience. At this point, we are unlikely to return.
