We are serving with a problematic aircond, then the property agent offer us with a new room. The is even worse. We are not facilitate with toileteries, no towel provided. We need to understand the agent instead. We ask for checking out and demand for refund. Luckily trip help us a lot. Thanks to ttip for assisting us.
