My husband and I stayed at the Travancore Court Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. All the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable.Also, the chef took the time to meet with guests to get feedback on food prepared and even customized to accommodate dietary restrictions. A special thank you to Anandhu at reception who booked train tickets for us on his personal credit card and to the senior leadership team (namely Brijesh ) whose was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was happy and even arranged an anniversary cake for us????
