    ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I was flabbergasted at how awful this place is being ran. From the time I checked in to the last moment I received nothing but poor service. I first checked into the hotel and had to carry my own bags up. I stopped off by the restaurant/bar area and ordered a dirty martini. I was served a drink with spoiled olives inside. When I requested a different cocktail I was told they did not have grenadine. As I was waiting a roach ran across my foot in the restaurant. The place was completely dysfunctional. I had to send food orders back that were simple request like no dressing on the salad. I was bothered multiple times about what beverage I wanted during a breakfast and was left completely thirsty because the waiter forgot he even asked me anything. The housekeep sit around in the empty rooms playing on their phones while there is large amounts of mold under the shelves in the showers. The final straw happened at checkout. After I initially checked in I requested a cab at 6am sharp to get me to the airport. I was promised it would be ready and when I came down to checkout there was no cab. The concierge was like a deer in the head lights had no clue what I was talking about. They made me wait 16 mins for a cab. This place is a huge "DONT GO"
