In hindsight, I received the service I paid for! (Life lesson) But, the hotel did disingenuouly bill itself on Trip.com as a 4?? hotel, not so by international standards. I gave them a 4 ??s for service because, I discovered they did not put me in an exexutive room like my booking, I complained and pointed that fact out and they quickly rectified the situation, BUT ONLY BECAUSE I COMPLAINED! SAD! ?? The staff was kind and doing their best and I appreciated that. It was my first visit to Dehli and I have adjusted my expextations. Buyer beware!
