We booked a suite at Radisson Khopoli expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned into a nightmare. The centralized AC was utterly pathetic, no proper cooling even at 17°C. The room stayed hot and stuffy, forcing us to call the tech team. They adjusted some settings, but the issue persisted. Not wanting to bother them late at night, we endured a sweaty bed and poor sleep. At 5:30 AM, we reported it to reception, and they suggested switching rooms. The new room’s AC was marginally better but still uncomfortably hot. Exhausted, we didn’t push further. Then disaster struck again: the washbasin drainage backed up, flooding the bathroom with dirty, stinky water. Another call to reception brought a technician to fix it. Service was equally dismal. Ordering simple plates and cutlery took 45 minutes and three follow-up calls before it arrived. What a pathetic experience overall at Radisson Khopoli, multiple failures in basic maintenance and service.
