Not wanting to bother them late at night, we endured a sweaty bed and poor sleep. At 5:30 AM, we reported it to reception, and they suggested switching rooms. The new room’s AC was marginally better but still uncomfortably hot. Exhausted, we didn’t push further. Then disaster struck again: the washbasin drainage backed up, flooding the bathroom with dirty, stinky water. Another call to reception brought a technician to fix it. Service was equally dismal. Ordering simple plates and cutlery took 45 minutes and three follow-up calls before it arrived. What a pathetic experience overall at Radisson Khopoli, multiple failures in basic maintenance and service.
