The room was Beautiful but the walls are thin my husband and I were having regular conversations and got a knock at the connected door and a voice screaming we’re sleeping.I called the front desk they explained the walls are thin but the hotel is sold out. My husband went to the front and now there is another room available. I felt dismissed because I’m a woman and my feelings were invalid. Later the night my menstrual cycle came while I was sleeping I called housekeeping that morning and advised what happened and was charged $$$ for bedding which doesn’t seem far. The hotel lacks compassion and empathy for there guest and only see $$ I was charged for incidentals which was supposed to cover valet per night and we were only there 2nights no refund given for the difference. I won’t be back
