We ensure that we provide a level of service consistent with this category and with the rates we apply.As a commercial gesture, and although this was not an obligation, our team allowed you to access your room before the official check-in time. Ice cubes were also provided to you free of charge.However, the team did not agree to make our bar glasses available for the consumption of alcohol brought in from outside. The bar equipment is strictly reserved for beverages sold by the establishment, in accordance with our internal regulations and the normal operating conditions applicable to licensed premises.We note that your dissatisfaction appears to be primarily related to this refusal, which is a standard rule and not a lack of service.Furthermore, hot items are offered every morning at breakfast. Any statement to the contrary does not reflect the reality of our offer. Our staff is present either in the breakfast room or at the reception desk during service and remains available to guide guests and indicate precisely the location of the hot buffet.
