Awkward interactions with staff, missed cleaning our room two nights, and front room was excessively hot.

If you did not receive this service for a couple of days, it was probably because you placed a “do not disturb” card on your door or requested cleaning at a time when my colleagues were no longer working. We are reviewing the air conditioning issue to provide a better experience and would like to know what aspect of the staff you found uncomfortable.
