I was very impressed by the helpful,friendly efficient staff. This was consistent with all the front of house staff : in the cafe bar when we arrived ( some of the staff on duty the next day) ,the breakfast staff & the staff servicing the rooms & replacing tea & coffee etc and the reception staff as we came & went . It made all the difference to our visit
