Have stayed many times before and have always enjoyed my/our stay. The shower had no hot water and i mentioned it to the staff on reception who said they would sort it out for me. When we returned later that day there was still no hot water! I don't like to moan so didn't say anything further. We stayed for two nights without being able to shower! ***** wash it was!!!!
