非常好的服务，酒店的工作人员都是有问必答。 同时也感谢酒店原谅我们走的时候忘记还房卡，房卡是环保木质的，留个纪念吧，也给酒店加个分。 我们房间朝着城堡的，景色不错，是看城堡最佳的位置？ 不过需要提醒到爱丁堡的旅游者，旧城很多道路都是石头路，拖拉杆箱不是非常方便的。酒店到火车站最近的路线都是台阶，另外的路线是坡道倒也没有绕很远。 唯一想提醒酒店，浴室的玻璃固定不非常牢固，是一个安全风险。
