We paid for a plus room for extra comfort, only to lose sleep and be misled. The air vents would whine like someone was vacuuming in the next room all night. It was so distracting and loud, and to give Premier Inn the benefit of the doubt I waited to see if it would stop. It didn’t, and I did not sleep. I complained to reception early in the morning, was told I’d get money back if I called guest services and the receptionist noted my complaint down so that when the call happened they had confirmation. After 20 minutes on hold to guest services I was told no money could be refunded for the problems because I waited for it to stop. I am furious… the sleep guarantee is a scam, and I will not be booking with Premier inn anymore. Insensitive, Money grabbing liars.
