Needed a place to stay to visit family in hospital from Manchester travelled up late due to work so I had a place sleep after travelling so needed something cheap.. definitely basic and cheap bed linen smell mouldy no sugar for coffee offered and staff dragging trolleys full of towels round at midnight felt like a hostel
