    The room was lovely and clean with brilliant amenities, the only issue we had where the pillows...they where far too squashy, we hardly slept all night on them, they looked to be expensive feather pillows but just not the firmness we needed, other than that the hotel is lovely, the spa on the other hand isnt very good (the spa has nothing to do with the hotel) the lady i spoke to about a leg wax looked like she really couldnt be bothered doing anything, she tried 3 times to put me off booking any treatment, told me the wax would take 45 minutes to an hour to heat up after um'ing and ahh'ing about actually having to get out of her seat, tgis is a terrible service and althought it doesnt actually belong to the beautiful hotel...it gives the hotel a bad name

If you contact reception, our team can support you in getting your pillows changed. In regards to the spa, we have the relevant departments investigating this incident.
