We stayed last night as a stop off to do a walk today. The room was clean, warm and the bed was comfy and had tea and coffee making facilities. The location is good for the lakes if you want to break the journey, takeaways are 5 mins away in seascale along with a coop. It's not fancy, but for ￡45 a night, it did exactly what it needed to for us.
