Location of the hotel is great, very central for the town of Haverfordwest. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is good. The room was cold when we arrived and took sometime to warm up! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has good facilities. The bathroom fan in our room 101 was very noisy so we asked to move rooms after 2 nights and this was done. All in all a good hotel for the price and the staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate you.
