We have been coming here for nearly 20 years as we stayed here not long after I met my wife and we also got married here in 2020 which was a lovely day. We have always had lovely stays and the staff and rooms have been great but we stayed a few days ago and it seem to have gone more corporate, which I believe is due to new owners, buffet breakfast now instead of freshly cooked breakfast brought to you, no fresh milk in the fridge, menu not clear. All in all a disappointing stay for my 40th birthday and our wedding anniversary and we won’t be coming back whilst it’s in its current form, which is such a shame as it’s always been a lovely place. I also sent them an email expressing my disappointment and they just ignored it and didn’t even give me the courtesy of acknowledging the email. Such a shame Oakley Hall! You have lost some loyal customers.
