The stuff at the hotel were really friendly. The swimming pool is heated and clean, the water in the hot tub was perfect temperature. The room wasn't particularly clean, and we weren't able to access the balcony during our stay. Nevertheless, we still had a great time, and Torquay is a fantastic place to visit!
