Our room was well presented and looked lovely and enjoyable range of drinks and snacks available. Quality of the bed was terrible!! We did tell the manager of this issue as we're returning next week. Felt like due to the fact that we had booked via *******, and although I booked an upgrade room, that we didn't get the best quality of room and bed.
