I had hoped that emailing them about my complaint would help resolve the issues we had. Just to be clear I emailed them a month ago today and chased them via email last week. But we had no reply. We stayed between Christmas and New year. But the cottage we had booked had a big issue. The ensuite bathroom was freezing and unusable because of a broken window. We raised it with their team as soon as we realised. But it wasn't fixed during our stay. There was a huge draught coming from the bathroom into the bedroom. We couldn't stabilise the bedroom temperature. It was either too hot or cold because of the draught. The site itself is great. Had my issue been dealt with and or compensated I would not be posting this review.
