Oh dear! Dirty soiled bedding that hadn’t been changed from the previous incumbent, dirty carpet and restaurant staff who verged on arrogant. Noisy, difficulty in parking and heating that was uncontrollable - just awful! The reception staff without exception were polite and welcoming and went out of their way to try and accommodate wherever possible- breakfast staff and cleaners take note! However, it’s a buyers market and I would not recommend this hotel irrespective of how much Lenny Henry tries to market it! Go on Lenny my son, stay there but don’t forget to bring a hoover and clean bedding!
