I did not require the room. I went to the hotel to tell them this. I did not expect a refund as I was cancelling on the morning of the same day i was to stay. When I arrived there to cancel, all they would do is tell me I had to contact *******. i had a number to call if there was an issue - it was the hotel's number. they were unwilling to assist.
