The room was fine. It definitely lacked some amenities as I would expect at this price point. I'm just frustrated that my daughter lost something really meaningful there and I called twice with two different staff members about it and they seems totally disorganized about the whole process. They either need to teach their staff better or have better systems in place. Not calling me at all after I called twice and messaged about it is pretty pathetic
