Every single room listing for this hotel states that valet is included, yet I was charged for valet upon checkout. I provided the hotel with the room listing details, including screenshots of the room rates and inclusions, but because the confirmation email from ********** doesn’t itself state that parking is incudes, they refuse to honour what is advertised. It’s been a terrible experience and increased the cost of my stay by over 20%.
