I contacted an ******* agent immediately when i realized that i had clicked on the wrong room when i made my initial reservation. She told me that she had contacted the hotel on my behalf and assured me that the reservation had been corrected and i would have the king assessable room that i needed. When checking in I discovered that the reservation had not been changed and i was stuck with the incorrect room. The hotel staff at check in was unsympathetic and refused to help remendy the situation. The room i was assigned was described as a twin queen assessable room. The room was no where near assessable. The toilet had no useable grab bars and was so low to the floor that it was unusable. Very unhappy with this facility. I fault the ******* agent for not assuring that the reservation was in fact not changed as i had requested.
