Could not be more disappointed with the lack of professionalism, organization, or guest service recovery of this property! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR BOOKING! We booked this property well in advance for an event we've been so excited and looking forward to. We have our email confirmation and we've paid our deposit. They called and said they signed a contract with a large group of rooms (or something similar like that) and so they FORCED US to NOT stay at this property. Completely unacceptable!
