    my first was not in good condition the bathroom was out dated. Heat never warmed room, room had no hot water, air vent in bathroom very dirty, phone didnt work and tv kept blinking out all despite the maintenance man attempting to repair them. I was give complimentary breakfast coupons for the inconvenience and move to a different room. When we went to use the coupons the experience was horrible. First cup for coffee was dirty, second cup was clean but was given a spoon to stir only to realize I had two spoons stuck together by food from the night before. When i showed the waitress she laughed like it was ok. That pissed me off so I asked another person to wait on is. He explained the dishes issue happens all the time because it depends on which dish washing machine they use. “good grief Charlie brown” I then asked could they give complimentary night i was told no because i book with third parry even after verifying I was a Bonvey member. A LOT TO EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIME STAY
