Stayed two nights and the staff were so nice and helpful, anything you needed they were more than happy to get for you. Do wish they had a hot tub as it wasn’t so hot out! Also no fridge in the city side rooms, not sure about ocean side, that was inconvenient and they should add them to the rooms! The food availablity at the tiki bar and restaurant isn’t huge and is overpriced..so be aware if you are relying on it for food. We door dashed food instead! Would return, was a charming place and truly felt like a resort.
