The accommodations provided by MiaRentals were very uncomfortable. The bed is rock hard and unable to be slept on. The additional fold out mattress in the closet for a 3rd person is ok. The property itself is not nice, walls are unpainted and the building looks in disrepair. During my stay there were violent screaming at the neighbors which required me to be moved to another unit which was also uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the couch in order to be able to sleep through the night. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and yes you can walk to the beach and Starbucks and shops, it doesn’t make up for the state of the building and comfort. Would not recommend booking.
