The hotel truly goes above and beyond by providing breakfast, high tea, and even supper, which made our stay extremely comfortable and thoughtful after long days of sightseeing. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive small souvenirs, a lovely and personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. Special thanks to 静静、佳怡、兰宇 — they were always patient, attentive, and proactive in assisting us. Their service really stood out and made a big difference to our stay.
