Guest：?????????? Highly recommended! We stayed at Mercure Xi'an Huimin Road and honestly, this is one of the best hotel service experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel truly goes above and beyond by providing breakfast, high tea, and even supper, which made our stay extremely comfortable and thoughtful after long days of sightseeing. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive small souvenirs, a lovely and personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional. Special thanks to 静静、佳怡、兰宇 — they were always patient, attentive, and proactive in assisting us. Their service really stood out and made a big difference to our stay.

We enjoyed our stay - kids had a great time as well. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable. Always looked forward to come back to the hotel after a tiring day trip. You also offered to pack some breakfast for us for an early staff - that was really too kind and helped us with ordering the online food despite language barriers. Highly reccomend this hotel for anyone who is looking to visit Xian. Very comfortable location.
