Guest：Staff very good and courteous but room left a lot to be desired.Chips out of walls, liquid splashed on 1 wall and left to dry,bathroom was dirty(dust), shower was full of mould, rust on stainless steel, toilet seat stained and the bowl (top edge) hadn't been cleaned in a while. The laminate also seemed as not fit for purpose as chipped and lifting
Guest：We had been brought a voucher from Buy a Gift and chose this hotel because of its location. Using buy a gift was very complicated, we could not speak to a person when redeeming the voucher , when we tried to do so,only received an unhelpful automated messsge. However, the hotel was helpful sorting this. On arrival we were met by a lovely young g lady Sophie. Our room had recently been modernised. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was large and very powerful.The only downside was the fan in the room. It was filthy, full of dust. Food at our evening meal and at breakfast was tasty. A shame that several items were unavailable that were on the menu.At breakfast we were served by Chloe who was also delightful.

Guest：I visit the restaurant regularly and I always have a lovely meal. It’s so nice to have a gem like this in Haverhill. The exotic and special dishes make a change to the classics! The staff are always friendly, the decor is lovely and the food never fails to impress me. My fav place in Haverhill!
