Guest：I stayed her last night in Room 2 as a solo traveler. The hotel is centrally positioned for everything you might need. The staff were lovely, the place is decorated beautifully (don’t love the intense at the door, I felt like I was walking into someone smoking in the reception) although they are doing work right now. I had flown down and was awake since 2am so after dinner (I stayed half board and would recommend) I went straight to bed. Unfortunately for me the way Room 2 is positioned you open a door off the main corridor and then there is a small area with Room 2s door and what I assume is a storage cupboard. This meant that I was woken up with every bang with people accessing the other door and every time the door to the main corridor was opened my room door was shaken like someone was going to enter. This happened until 11pm and picked up again at 7pm. I don’t think the staff are aware as they couldn’t have been nicer so I don’t think they would do anything to cause a disturbance but this might given them a chance to fix that. Also at checkout (10am) I didn’t know how to get out of the hotel, the doors which I had come in were bolted shut and I wasn’t sure if I should unbolt them and no staff member in sight. There was a drop box for the room key and to avoid a charge I did that and just hoped the door at the key box would lead me out. It did, it was like a back door to the parking lot at the back of the building but I wish someone would have said at check in. I won’t to be clear though far more positives than some little these could make it even better suggestions and I would 100% stay again. I’d just book a larger room so I wouldn’t have the same issue.
Guest：Staff very good and courteous but room left a lot to be desired.Chips out of walls, liquid splashed on 1 wall and left to dry,bathroom was dirty(dust), shower was full of mould, rust on stainless steel, toilet seat stained and the bowl (top edge) hadn't been cleaned in a while. The laminate also seemed as not fit for purpose as chipped and lifting
Guest：We had been brought a voucher from Buy a Gift and chose this hotel because of its location. Using buy a gift was very complicated, we could not speak to a person when redeeming the voucher , when we tried to do so,only received an unhelpful automated messsge. However, the hotel was helpful sorting this. On arrival we were met by a lovely young g lady Sophie. Our room had recently been modernised. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was large and very powerful.The only downside was the fan in the room. It was filthy, full of dust. Food at our evening meal and at breakfast was tasty. A shame that several items were unavailable that were on the menu.At breakfast we were served by Chloe who was also delightful.
Guest：Cute room, stayed for 1 night, was just what we needed after a day of hiking. Service and food were awesome, very friendly staff.
