  • Guest：Clean and close to tram station. But poor communication before check-in - did not receive a QR code in time and had to message/call multiple times before getting help
  • Guest：I would give it a 3.5 if that’s an option. Room itself is great, but no wifi in the room when that’s promised is quite inconveniencing — couldn’t get any work done there. Also, the check-in process is quite slow to get your QR code for the room and resulted in us waiting at the door a few times. Other than those easy fixes, good stay and no other complaints.
  • Guest：Very friendly staff and was able to assist us when Expida messed up. The staff was amazing and would definitely stay there again if I was to go back. 20 minute walk to the Heineken experience and the Van Gogh Museum.
