Guest：Clean and close to tram station. But poor communication before check-in - did not receive a QR code in time and had to message/call multiple times before getting help
Guest：I would give it a 3.5 if that’s an option. Room itself is great, but no wifi in the room when that’s promised is quite inconveniencing — couldn’t get any work done there. Also, the check-in process is quite slow to get your QR code for the room and resulted in us waiting at the door a few times. Other than those easy fixes, good stay and no other complaints.
Guest：Very friendly staff and was able to assist us when Expida messed up. The staff was amazing and would definitely stay there again if I was to go back. 20 minute walk to the Heineken experience and the Van Gogh Museum.
