The hotel has an excellent location. Walk 3-5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Also a very large and varied breakfast! The workers are very friendly! But to change the temperature of the air conditioner in the room, you need to call the reception every time ?? Because there is no remote control for the air conditioner in the room!!! It's very uncomfortable... Also the bed was terrible. The bed is very small for two, the mattresses are clearly sagging and need replacing. The toilet smells terrible of sewage. But we were given a room with a wonderful small balcony, although it was not stated in the booking!??
Heel fijn, gezellig hotel vlakbij de Trevi fontein. Metrostation is dichtbij maar de meeste highlights zijn op loopafstand. Heel goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Overall, the room was ok. The kettle had a disgusting smell and was too old. Rooms do not have a small fridge. The breakfast is not a buffet service with very limited continental style options. The hotel does not have any lunch or dinning facilities. This was surprising for a 4 star hotel. I won't stay again at this place. The Sandown area around the hotel felt a bit dipressing with many dilapidated buildings.
