Another great stay at Hotel Excelsior. The team are incredibly welcoming and professional and staying here feels more like coming home, than being away!
All was excellent from check in to check out Great restaurant and room service and breakfast was amazing. The entire experience including parking was exceptional! Wendy was very friendly and helpful with our checkin
We stayed for one night, we chose a junior suite that was spacious and with a view of the city. As the hotel is in the city we did not have noise. We enjoyed our breakfast as there was a buffet and a la carte menu of eggs & pancakes.
Nice hotel but the only setback is i booked 2 rooms but one room without lift which i need to hand carry up the stair case
Also no kettle been provided, i guess this is basic requirement. Hope they cN improve on this.

Comment peut on attribuer 3 étoiles à cet h?tel ? l'emplacement est certes très agréable, le personnel aimable et attentionné, mais les chambres datent d'une autre époque surtout les salles de bains. Tuyau du sèche cheveux coupé en deux, carrelage cassé, boitier de la climatisation/chauffage jauni par le temps, etc, etc... Le prix lui reste celui d'un 3 étoiles !!! cherchez l'erreur !!!
