  • Guest：The room was ok but the bathroom was a little dated. Being on the top floor the ceiling in the bathroom was angled over the bath so showing signs of paint peeling and cracked tiles. The bed i found too hard causing back issues and we had to keep opening the window due to the room getting to hot. Besides that the room was spotlessly clean, breakfast provided a good selection and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in a lovely rural location and it only took 15 min to get into the centre of Gloucester.
  • Guest：Too hot at night instructions to adjust would have handy, room was nice and clean though. We were staying as we were attending a party and the food was delicious, sadly I couldn’t say the same for the bacon on the breakfast it was not cooked through the rashers were still folded in half as they come in the packet. We had a two night stay but sadly will not be booking again
  • Guest：The room was great - clean and with the facilities we wanted. It was warm in the room with no thermostat though. The staff were fabulous - nice and friendly in the bar restaurant and housekeeping.
  • Guest：Staff were excellent and the building is beautiful. I have a young toddler and they really took care of us and made us feel welcome
