住客評論

Guest：The room was ok but the bathroom was a little dated. Being on the top floor the ceiling in the bathroom was angled over the bath so showing signs of paint peeling and cracked tiles. The bed i found too hard causing back issues and we had to keep opening the window due to the room getting to hot. Besides that the room was spotlessly clean, breakfast provided a good selection and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in a lovely rural location and it only took 15 min to get into the centre of Gloucester.
Guest：Too hot at night instructions to adjust would have handy, room was nice and clean though. We were staying as we were attending a party and the food was delicious, sadly I couldn’t say the same for the bacon on the breakfast it was not cooked through the rashers were still folded in half as they come in the packet. We had a two night stay but sadly will not be booking again
Guest：The room was great - clean and with the facilities we wanted. It was warm in the room with no thermostat though. The staff were fabulous - nice and friendly in the bar restaurant and housekeeping.
Guest：Staff were excellent and the building is beautiful. I have a young toddler and they really took care of us and made us feel welcome
