  • Guest:房间还挺大的住了两晚 前台服务特别好还给免费升了房,入住体验也完全出乎意料没有想象的那样会踩雷,早餐很不错的是单点和自助形式那肉夹馍和现做法式吐司两天吃了好几次??平时下楼出门一直有人打招呼也有人开门,体验感拉满。感谢礼宾Eva推荐的烤肉也去打卡了特别好吃,同时也要点赞Jack Hattie和Allen的服务很有耐心也很认真的为我们介绍酒店周边好吃的好玩的,这次来的不是特别巧刚好赶上了西安一直在下的雨,导致也没有去很多地方玩,下次再来西安还会打卡这家酒店顺便弥补一下没去过一些景点的遗憾!
  • Guest:酒店进去标志不清,差点找错门了,因为里面有三家酒店。不知道是不是因为没有及时接待我们,前台给升级了房型这点很惊&喜。总体来説房间保养的还算不错,有点小瑕疵浴室门关不紧,地板有一个地方凹陷的。服务算是热情的,执行力有待提高。意大利餐厅的晚餐好吃的美味??特别喜欢早餐的蛋白蛋卷,还有黑芝麻糊,这二样我在其他酒店没见到过。房间提供的水果质量不佳,人蔘果是生的。房间里的twg茶和山泉水符合酒店档次。酒店後面??花园,法式浪漫建筑和桂花飘香是我对这个酒店的印象。

  • Guest:我们是16、17号入住两晚。在15号那天接到酒店的电话,询问我们对房间有什麽要求?我説景观好、无烟安静。当我们check in的时候服务生给了我们2楼13号房间。这是我第一次入住的酒店最低的楼层,而且拿到的是13号房间。我很惊讶,酒店居然有13号房间!像这种涉外酒店,13号房间怎麽可能给老外呢?在当天下午茶的时候,除了我们两夫妇和一对亚裔母女之外,其他全都是老外住客。这更加让我明白了,为什麽是我这麽不幸运,拿到了13号的房间!这间酒店有13号房间这麽独特的存在,而且把自己的同胞和外国人区别对待! 然而因为13号房间的智能马桶是坏的,人站在马桶前马桶不会自动掀盖,也不会自动冲水,更不能忍受的是一旦你坐上马桶,马桶就会发出咕噜咕噜很大的声音并且自动喷溅你一屁股的水。我们试了两次都是。而且灯的开关出现问题,不work。於是,我们的房间被调换到了2楼的06号房。 无论是13号房还是06号房,都没有法式园林风景,可以看到窗外的树。06号房看到的是水泥的平台顶。我入住的时候是淡季,无论是下午茶还是早餐都只有寥寥少数的住客,每天早餐在8点黄金时段时段就餐的也只有是四桌不超过十个客人,在这样淡季为什麽不能提供给我们高一点的楼层,风景好一点的房间呢?15号酒店男管家提前来徵询我对房间的需求,这岂不是假惺惺毫无诚意吗? 服务员的水准参差不齐。有两位女服务生在下午茶的时候和早餐的时候根本不会观察客人的需要,下午茶餐厅的瘦瘦高高的女服务生面部冷若冰霜,毫无主动服务意识。早餐厅的一个女服务生的状态像早上没睡醒一样,发型乱糟糟的,没有粧容,穿着不合身的工作服,毫无星级酒店的仪容仪态。更重要的是,这个服务生不懂得主动观察客人的餐桌。每一次都要我们叫她拿走桌上的空盘子。更夸张的是,她拿走桌上的空盘子的时候,不会同时拿走桌上的空杯子,也不懂得开口询问。 再説説早餐厅的问题:第一,餐桌上的花居然是假花!这样金钻级别的酒店。餐桌上怎麽能摆放假花呢?如果要节约成本。有很多种方式,摆放一点空气凤梨或者无土的多肉。甚至於是很好养活的小植物。只要是真的都比这假的有格调。无论如如何,金钻级酒店不能在餐桌上摆放假花。这是对客人的不尊重。第二。早餐的麪包品种有很多。但是,却没有一个加热麪包的链式多士炉。这通常是五星级酒店麪包台必备的。而在这家超五星的酒店,早餐只能吃到冷冰冰的麪包。第三餐厅居然只提供牙签,没有牙线棒。而时下很而普通的餐厅都已经提供牙线棒了。像这样金钻级的酒店,应该给客人提供牙线版,最好时牙签刷。 另外,13号房间和6号房间,洗手间的台阶都有损坏。我看到13号房间,酒店居然采取的是用廉价的不平整的灰色胶条护角,十分突兀,和精致的法式装修格格不入。应该用楼梯护角铜条呀! 在酒店居入住两天。Doris杜小姐的亲切有礼、积极的工作态度和专业形象,给我留下了很好的印象。我们check in之後拿到钥匙,由她领我们去房间。她先是带我们参观了酒店,并介绍了酒店的历史。我们check out当天正好是她在前台当班。她是酒店唯一一个见到客人立马站起来迎接客人的服务员!唯一一个!她这一个小小的专业举动,就像清晨的第一缕阳光一样照进我心坎,温暖! 回想我在check in的时候,前台是一个男服务生和女服务生。他们见到有客人入住,没有起立迎接问候,在我们拿到房卡起身离开的时候,他们也是坐在原位纹丝不动。这是对客人的不尊重。服务员见到有客人入住,应该起立问候,请客人坐下後,自己再坐下办理入住手续,在客人拿到房卡起身的时候,服务生也应该起身相送。彬彬有礼迎来送往,连这样基本的礼仪都没有! 我入住当天,有两件衣服需要熨烫。来房间取衣服的正是前台当天当班的女服务员。在开门见到她、把衣服递给她和跟她简短交流的过程当中,她全程冷若冰霜,没有一丝笑容。这个间酒店女服务生全程无笑容服务的不只是她一个。 综上总总,且不止这些问题,都暴露了酒店培训不专业,管理不到位。 西安索菲特传奇酒店并不直接隶属於索菲特集团,它是陕西城市投资运营集团有限公司所属人民大厦的一部分,委托法国雅高酒店管理集团运营 。所以,和我入住过的国外的索菲特酒店的体验感相差甚远。
