  • Guest：I was quite satisfied with the Mercure hotel in Xi'An and I got really great help from the staff. Mainly a lady named SUNNY who were able to speak english very well. She even brought me great support during her resting time by ordering food for me, The only thing for a foreigner is that it was not easy to find, just around the hotel, a nice place to eat or have a drink. Also, the breakfast in the hotel was veryday the same with very little choice. Still, I will still use this hotel next time I go to Xi'An as quality/price is is a great value.
