  • Guest：房间很小，两个人两件行李，满满当当没地方呆，只有上床睡觉。周边没有什么建筑，比较安静，适合睡懒觉。自助餐水准不高，品种少，档次低，和团餐差不多，能撑饱肚子。即便如此，房价还是很高的。不知道有什么理由，定的比别的汉庭高。

  • Guest：先説结论：前台某位中年女士态度极差。 出差首选华住会酒店，这次是我见过服务态度最差的一个华住会员工。 办入住时，把身份证给前台那个中年女士，她查了一圈没看到我的名字，于是问我用谁名字订的。我当然用我自己名字订的，她很烦躁又去查，我因为之前遇到过这种情况所以提醒可以看看是不是“商旅用户”。查到之后开始给我分配房间，可能是因为之前住汉庭有过因为噪音换房的记录，她应该是看到了，所以先发制人，告诉我因为我订的是最便宜的房型所以只能在电梯旁边。我试图问问能否升房，她开始叫我同学，并用教育我的语气开始説我有事找平台不要找她。然后又开始推销办卡，让我花50块升房，以后定华住会酒店也能用，但因为出差酒店都是公司统一定所以我拒绝了。拒绝之后她脸明显黑了，把房卡递给我之后説了句房间号和电梯就准备让我离开了。关键是我定了早餐，不跟我説早餐的相关讯息是工作失职还是夹带私货？如果不是我都走出去了，想起来我还定了早餐再回头问，她是不是准备不给我吃早饭？ 回到房间之后，我想起第二天的活动12点才结束，于是电话问前台能不能延迟退房。这位女士用非常阴阳怪气的语气説“同学，最迟到12:30，往后就要收费了”。交涉过程中一直在不停地用阴阳怪气的语气叫我同学，我真的很难忍受，于是问她为什么要叫我同学？她“我是看你年轻才叫你同学的，不然叫你什么？”我？？？我还得谢谢你太抬举我年轻是吧？这么不专业？先不説我已经工作了，就算真的是大学生身为服务人员叫人家同学是不是也有点离谱啊？我説“你可以叫女士”，她又开始阴阳怪气“好的女士，对不起x女士”。我懒得跟她纠缠于是挂断电话。 离店之后的第二天下午接到了这位女士打来的道歉电话。当时正跟同事打视频会议，所以説了现在在忙过会儿説，然后到现在还没收到第二通电话。 我只能説离开高中太久想被班主任骂一顿的人可以来住这家酒店哈，这位女士绝对给你教导主任般的体验。 不过退房时的年轻小姐姐们态度还是很好的，主动给我找剪刀拆快递，还帮我处理垃圾。
