  • Guest：房间比较宽敞，交通比较便利，步行至火车站15分钟左右，汽车站10分钟左右。入住当天15号工作人员免费帮我们升级成行政房。下午就説不可以按照原价预订后两天的房间，晚上一位男领导解决的。按照我们约定的同样价格预订的房间。（这里必须给这个工作人员点赞，帮忙处理这个问题。）唯一有一点弊端就是我们住的这个房间临街，有一点噪音。不过也不影响睡觉，哈哈哈可能太累了叭
  • Guest：酒店离火车站汽车站比较近，周围小吃比较多，酒店前台的8号服务员对待顾客热情好客，耐心回答顾客提问，给住客提供如家的感觉，这个小姑娘真捧! 感谢维也纳有如此好的管理体制和团队，下次来恩施还住维也纳酒店（恩施火车站店）。
