  • Guest：步行到circular quay只要几分钟，步行到QVB和town hall也很方便。虽然楼下很繁华，但隔音好，不吵闹。
  • Guest：酒店位子很好，走路几分钟就到悉尼歌剧院，皇家植物园等。还有到码头做船很方便。 酒店的停车场就是停在Wilson parking里面，説是可以提前在Wilson的app上预订过夜会便宜很多；我们没有预订是67澳币一晚。 自驾车来的话可以直接导航到Wilson Parking - Sofitel Wentworth, Sydney CBD, NSW Car Park。停车场入口在酒店大门口后面的blight street上 到了钥匙留给Wilson工作人员会帮停好，取车时付费，工作人员再开出来给你。
  • Guest：I checked in 14/07/2025 and check out 18/07/20258. 4 nights at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. 16/07/2025 once back to my room around 11:00pm, I found a paper leave at my beside table. I shocked and assumed some one coming to my room. I went down to reception and ask reception gentleman Matthew. I dind't explain anything just mentioned it's too late can't do anything and will check camer next day. I said i feel very uncomfortable live at same room and requie change to the room not upgrade. He changed to another level but face to lift. I want to change another one because I need privicy. He start rolling his eyes and shake the head saying he can't, want to ignore me. I direct ask for need to talk manger, after couple minutes a *** coming and keep smiling, but feel very fake. I repeat my requirement, but he keep saying: What you want me to do, want you wnat me to do, you want me awake my manager and sort it this kind of issue? feel very impatient but keep that kind of fake smiling, and keep proming the next morning weill update information and reply formal aplogize, I ask for his card and hotel manager contact he rejected. Can't believe 5 start hotel provide this kind of service. but waiting until 7:00pm next day still not any reply from the Guy. I ask for his card and hotel manager contact he rejected. I have to call on duty manger again. a lady come over and very nice to us. she said never get any information issue about last night, she has to check camera again. once back, she apologize to us and explain no one come to our room in from check in. I believe the cleaner not doing his job properly. Evendice 1. I had coffee in the morning using cup. 2. i using spoon in the morning for the ice cream, ut still keep at same place not clean, but my bed tid up. That means no one care about whole room except bed. It's my first time live at Softiel Sydney Wentworth, even my worst living experience this 10 years, Staff not try to sort it out problem, just keep asking what you want me to do. will not recommand any one live in this Hotel.
