Guest：Fabulous gem tucked away minutes from Marble Arch. Serene yet friendly with fantastic food and a lovely little spa. Staff are all warm and welcoming. Special shout out to Maria who gave me a superb massage and to Laura who made mealtimes fun (and somehow intuited exactly what I needed). Highly recommended.
Guest：The hotel was just lovely and I was freated like a queen. Michael the doorman was super helpful hailing me a ride. The gentleman at concierge helped me locate a jewelery repair shop that I never would have found on my own. The ladies at breakfast were attentative and kind. The masseuse was highly skilled and provided me the muscle and stress release I needed ahead of a busy work week topped off by an ultra. The room was nice size, clean and had all the amenities I needed. I will definitely be back!
Guest：We had the most wonderful time at the Montcalm. What stood out most was all the staff’s attentiveness. Everyone was always polite, genuinely considerate, and quietly tuned in to guests’ needs. From the lovely AM breakfast, Laura was most kind and cheerful in welcoming us, and we dined in at Lily several nights since the food was so good (esp. the tuna pizza, devil shrimp, miso cod) with Omkar and Christina being so attentive and professional. Goran, at concierge is truly the "best in London" and sought out an esoteric inquiry about an interior design question we had! We loved this location too. When you drive up, it is situated on a "crescent" and the entrance is so elegant. The doormen are exceptional in greeting you - one with the best eyeglasses (forgot his name) is so attentive and then Fabio is great at offering directions and advice. Nearby, you have Oxford Street (near Marble Arch) which you can ramble down to Bond St if you want buzzy shopping, but all the little shops and restaurants within a 4 block radius are just as appealing with a curated flair. Overall, it was an elevated experience. Loved it.
Guest：I’ve been to my fair share of hotels, but this one tops them all! The service was impeccable and all staff were only too willing to help and go the extra mile! We ordered kosher food and they made sure to accommodate accordingly without let or hindrance! Laura from the restaurant was a real gem (as all of the staff). Additionally, Luis - head of the Food and Beverage department was always readily available and willing to accommodate! We can confidently say we found our new home away from home when in London!
